The CNH Service Technician Apprenticeship Program gives students a hands-on pathway into a high-demand career in agricultural equipment service. Through a combination of technical classroom instruction in College and paid, real-world experience at a Stoller location , students earn while they learn and graduate ready for the workforce. Qualifications for Apprenticeship

To be considered for the apprenticeship program, students should meet the following qualifications:


  • Be a  U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States .
  • Be  at least 17 years old at the time of application   and  18 years old by the start of the apprenticeship in August .
  • Have a  high school diploma or equivalent (GED) .
  • Be able to  successfully complete an aptitude assessment   that measures basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Be physically able to  climb ladders and scaffolding, bend, stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces   as required in a hands-on shop environment.
  • Be capable of  lifting, carrying, and working with tools and materials   commonly used in agricultural and diesel equipment service.
  • Be able to  pass a job-related physical exam   and  required drug screening , and remain free of non-prescription drug use throughout the apprenticeship.
  • Have a  valid driver’s license   and maintain a  driving record acceptable to Stoller’s insurance requirements .
  • Be able to  read, hear, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions .
  • Demonstrate a  positive attitude , a  willingness to learn , and the ability to  work well with a team .
  • Be committed to  following all safety rules and procedures   to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
